💼 Location: Georgetown, Kentucky (On-site) | ✈ Travel: Up to 10% (including Canada & Mexico)
💰 Salary: $25 - $35 per hour

Are you passionate about data, problem-solving, and technology-driven innovation? We’re looking for a Business Technology Analyst to join our team! In this role, you’ll collaborate with diverse technical teams, develop data-driven applications, and drive efficiency through cutting-edge digital solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the Business Technology leader for a 100+ member technical team, connecting engineering with IT.
• Work with executives, managers, engineers, and technicians to develop applications that improve safety, quality, efficiency, and cost.
• Build, maintain, and optimize low-code/no-code applications using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Leverage SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams to create seamless digital workflows.
• Design data visualizations and reports from complex, multi-source datasets to support critical business decisions.
• Integrate SAP/Ariba and Tebis-Proleis with Power Platform to enhance manufacturing insights.
• Manage SharePoint site development & maintenance and track software license needs.
• Collaborate with corporate and divisional IT teams to implement best technology practices.

What You Bring:

✔ Associate’s degree or higher in Business Analysis, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
✔ Passion for data, analytics, and problem-solving with a strong customer focus.
✔ Hands-on experience with data applications and citizen development tools like Power BI, Power Apps, SQL, and SharePoint.
✔ Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Sheet Joining).
✔ Experience with at least one programming language (XML, Python, R, Java, C++, etc.).
✔ Proficiency in data visualization and technical reporting.
✔ Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
✔ Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is a plus.
✔ Familiarity with Catia or other 3D CAD/CAM software is an asset.
