We’re seeking an Industrial Engineer to support multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This fully onsite role offers the opportunity to design, develop, test, and evaluate integrated systems for managing industrial production processes, including human work factors, quality control, inventory control, logistics and material flow, cost analysis, and production coordination.
Investigate project feasibility, scope, timeline, and budgets.
Develop comprehensive scopes of work, bid packages, and technical specifications.
Procure and track equipment, budgets, and milestone deliverables.
Supervise contractor work onsite in coordination with plant trades and teams.
Ensure timely, efficient installations and troubleshoot project delays with solid countermeasures.
Maintain detailed project schedules aligned with production timelines.
Communicate and coordinate with maintenance, engineering, affiliate companies, and vendors.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineer)
Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing environment
Minimum 3 years of project management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD, CATIA, Specialized Software.
Strong leadership in managing field installations and coordinating across teams
Japanese Language Proficency
Background in other Automotive Manufacturing Areas (Welding, Plastics, Quality, etc.)
