We are currently seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team.
About The Role
As an Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the finance team by managing consultants’ daily time and expense activities used for payroll and client billing purposes. This position reports to the controller within Business Operations Support. This position is accountable for verifying timekeeping records in the ERP system, entering and reconciling subcontractor accounts, and approving expense reports from an accounting perspective.
Work Location: Markham, Ontario. Currently Hybrid (3/2 days in office/home).
Position Type: Hourly, Full-time
Starting Compensation: $35 per hour (approx. $72,000 per annum)
