🏑 Hybrid Option: Must be in-office Tuesdays & Thursdays
⏰ Standard Hours: 8-hour shifts (OT required if requested by manager)

✈️ Travel: Domestic & international (Mexico & Canada) for meetings & hands-on fieldwork
πŸ“† Peak Travel Seasons: Summer (June–July) & Winter (Dec–Jan) Shutdowns

πŸ”Ή What You’ll Do:

As a Controls Engineer, you'll play a vital role in electrical design, PLC programming, HMI development, risk assessments, and commissioning for cutting-edge mechanical and hydraulic power stamping presses.
Your responsibilities will include:
βœ… HMI & PLC Design – Create & modify programs using Studio 5000, Siemens, Toyopuc, Yaskawa, and Proface
βœ… Safety PLC Development – Implement Allen-Bradley & Siemens safety protocols
βœ… Electrical Hardware Design – Develop panel layouts & field device setups using AutoCAD Electrical
βœ… Installation Supervision – Oversee engineers, electricians & millwrights during system upgrades
βœ… Full Line Commissioning – Provide PLC, electrical, and mechanical support for system installations

πŸŽ“ Education/Experience:
βœ”οΈ BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technician degree/work experience
βœ”οΈ AutoCAD Electrical expertise
βœ”οΈ PLC programming experience (Rockwell, Mitsubishi, Siemens – MUST HAVE)
βœ”οΈ Electrical hardware design experience
βœ”οΈ Installation & commissioning experience
