At CrossSafety Holdings Inc., we’re not just about rules and regulations – we’re about building a culture of safety. We’re looking for a Health & Safety Specialist to bring expertise, energy, and passion to our client sites, ensuring every worker goes home safe at the end of the day.

🦺 What You’ll Be Doing:

🔹 Be the safety champion on construction & industrial job sites.
🔹 Perform safety audits, identify hazards, and implement fixes before they become problems.
🔹 Conduct training sessions and worker orientations.
🔹 Collaborate with contractors, teams, and regulatory agencies to enforce best practices.
🔹 Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards.
🔹 Investigate incidents and create proactive safety measures.
🔹 Keep safety documentation and reports up to date and accurate.

⚡ What You Bring to the Table:

✔️ 2-5 years of hands-on experience in construction & industrial health & safety.
✔️ Deep knowledge of OSHA regulations for construction projects.
✔️ Strong experience with site safety audits, hazard analysis, and compliance.
✔️ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, tablets, and reporting software.
✔️ Certifications in Fall Protection, WHMIS, Silica Mitigation, & Hazard Communication.

Prefered but not required

BS or Associate Degree in Occupational Health & Safety
