Weβre looking for a Construction Project Lead to coordinate assembly equipment installations, relocations, and demolitions at multiple North American production facilities.

β Lead & coordinate construction activities for assembly equipment installations
β Manage projects: Develop estimates, bid packages, schedules, and scopes of work
β Collaborate with multiple contractors to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
β Evaluate contractor performance on safety, quality, productivity, cost, and environmental standards
β Solve problems on the fly and ensure a safe work environment at all times
β Work during non-production hours, including weekends, holidays, and off-shifts as required
β
Construction & project management experience in an industrial environment
β
Strong problem-solving & time management skills to handle unforeseen challenges
β
Technical knowledge of large machinery, electrical basics, and industrial construction
β
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and AutoCAD
β
Safety management experience
β A BS in Engineering (preferred, but not required with the right experience)
β Experience in the automotive, safety, or construction industries
β Background in skilled trades like Ironworker, Millwright, Electrician, or Pipe Fitter
β Experience with machine uncrate, installation, setting, and leveling
π Home-based in San Antonio, TX, supporting Other Locations (Baja California and Guanajuato, Mexico)
β Travel required to other North American sites if the contract is renewed
